All that being said...in the under $100 price range, Planet Hollywood has some of the best tourneys available on the strip. Mirage has decent ones as well. Avoid the tourneys at Excalbur, Monte Carlo, Luxor, O'Sheas and the ilk. Just not good enough blind structure and starting chips to play real poker. Also avoid Caesars Palace tourneys...their antes kick in way to early ruining an otherwise excellent structure. If you are looking for a bit more of a challenge (at a bit more cost....around $120-150 buyin), Venetian runs an excellent daily tourney.
Absolutely never bluff? Thats some of the worst advice I've ever heard......As with anything in poker whether it be bluffing, thin value betting, floating, etc you have to pick your spots against the right opponent at the right time. Will it ALWAYS work? of course not. but to say NEVER bluff is pretty bad advice. Within 1 or 2 times around the table its pretty easy to spot the "rocks" and you can pick them off pretty easily by bluffing....
